Duties
Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction crews to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and contract specifications.
Facilitate communication between team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals.
Prepare reports on progress, challenges, and solutions for upper management review.
Train and mentor crew members in best practices for safety, efficiency, and quality.
